Muhammed Nejatullah Siddiqi. Winner of the King Faisal international prize for Islamic studies in 1982. Works at the centre for research in Islamic Economics. King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah. Earlier he served at the Aligarh Muslim University, first in the department of Economics then as Professor of Islamic studies.
