RETURNS
We hope you are completely happy with your purchases from Blackstone Ltd but if for any reason you are not satisfied please feel welcome to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
You can return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt. Items must:

  • Be unused and in their original resalable condition (including all labels and tags intact). Also, we DO NOT accept returns on the following items if the seal is broken: books, honey, CD’s, DVD’s, tapes or other recording media, software or videos.
  • Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note


    HOW TO RETURN:

  • Please contact us via email and we will issue you with a returns number. The returns number is valid for up to 14 days only. Returns cannot be accepted without authorisation from Blackstone Ltd. Returned items without authorisation will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
  • Please quote returns number on the paperwork when returning the items.
  • Any free gifts with the products must also be returned
  • Please package the returns securely
  • Regrettably, we are unable to cover the costs of your returns, so we recommend you use a sign-for or tracked returns postage as we do not accept responsibility for lost returns.
    We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of receipt.


    REFUND

  • It will take 3-5 working days to credit the refund to your account after returned items arrived back to the store having met the above conditions.
  • Refunds will be put back onto the card used for payment.
    * Sale and discounted items are excluded from returns policy and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.*
    Please note: upon inspection, if a returned item is found to be damaged or not in a resalable condition, we will return back to you or we will deduct 25% from the items refund amount. Please be assured we will contact you before a decision is made.
    Unfortunately, we do not offer an online exchange facility. You can simply return your items and place another order or pop into the store and we will be happy to assist. Please remember to bring proof of purchase or your delivery note for exchange in store.
