Traditional Palestinian Zataar (Thyme mix). Perfect as a dip with Palestinian extra virgin olive oil usually taken as a refreshing breakfast dish. Made from natural Thyme hand picked from its natural habitat – normally found on rocky planes on the hills of Palestine. Try sprinkling a bit of Zataar on a pizza or on scrambled eggs.
