Divorce in Islam (JKN)

The sacred law of Islam is a complete and chaste system of life. The proper functioning of human race depends on the proper maintenance of marital relationships. Islam has focused attention of family issues most exhaustively. By a careful analysis of the Holy Quran, we notice that commercial contracts like sale, partnership and hiring and so on are among the most important socio-economic matters, the holy Quran has restricted itself to setting down their base principles. In matters of marriage and divorce however, now only are fundamental principles laid down, but their detailed laws have also been directly revealed nay Allah and entrenched in the Holy Quran.
